Mr. Emmanuelle Mercalina is the chairman. His background is in Spanish Language, Culture and Anthropology.

Mr. Remco Van den Heuvel is the secretary. His background is in economics and finance.  

Ms. Marielle Schook is the treasurer. Her background is in Finance and Management.

Mr. Gaston G. Ngochembo is one of the founding members. His background is in animals’ science and integrated communication management.

Advisors

Dr. Dirk Bol: He has an extensive 30 years experience in Economic Research and Planning, both project, regional and macroeconomic planning. He has been involved in a great number of studies to develop methodologies for impact assessment of development projects and programmes and for monitoring and evaluation. Mrs. Catina Geselschap is the treasurer. She studied Law in the University of Utrecht. She is a Business adviser working with B&A Group Amsterdam, she is in charge of one location is Amsterdam South East. She is responsible for getting contracts for the company. Before that, she has been a junior consultant with Ases Holding NV South African Branch. She support in the establishment of the branch in South Africa. She prepares financial report of the foundation.

J.L. van Zon; has been a poultry consultant since 1962. He is currently a member of PUM (Netherlands senior experts). As a poultry specialist he had managed a team of consultants, he developed a monitoring system for layer broiler farms; a necessary tool for consultants and poultry farmers. Recently he has taken on some poultry consultancyjobs on a wider international scale (Bulgaria, Armenia, Romania, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, India, Moldova and Kyrgyztan). Next to his jobs he has always been active in associations for consultants and poultry farms. J.L. van Zon will advice on the establishments phases, and if necessary travel to our business location so support in its expanding.
